Welcome to Learning Disability Services in Leeds
Welcome to The Learning Disability Service website. Our service provides specialist health and social care services to people with learning disabilities across Leeds.
We do this through 3 key services: Community Services; Specialised Supported Living Services; and Inpatient and Respite Services. More information about these service areas can be found on the main Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust website. There are links to these pages below.
This website focuses on Co-Production, Involvement, Health Facilitation (Get Checked Out) and Accessible Information. We hope it is a really useful resource for people who use services alongside people who provide, commission or have other interests in supporting people with learning disabilities.
